Bridal Hair & Makeup Service Agreement

This agreement is made between Glam Up by Mina (hereinafter referred to as the “Makeup Artist”) and you (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).

Service:

The Makeup Artist agrees to provide bridal makeup and hair services for the Client’s wedding, as specified on your invoice. The Makeup Artist will arrive at the agreed-upon location and time, on your invoice.

Payment:

The Client agrees to pay the Makeup Artist the total fee mentioned on the invoice for the bridal makeup and hair services. A non-refundable deposit of (as mentioned on the invoice) is due at the time of signing this contract, with the remaining balance to be paid a day prior to the wedding date. If the remaining payment is not received one day prior to the scheduled event, the makeup artist reserves the right to not provide services if necessary.

Trial Session:

The Makeup Artist offers a trial session, which is optional but recommended. The trial session will be scheduled separately and shall be subject to an additional fee of $230.00 (Hair & Makeup) or $130.00 (Only Makeup). A non-refundable deposit is due when scheduling the trial. The remaining fee is due at the time of the trial session.

Cancellations/Refunds:

In the event of cancellation by the Client, the deposited amount shall be deemed non-refundable. In cases where cancellation transpires within 3 days prior to the wedding, the Client shall be held liable for a cancellation penalty amounting to 30% of the remaining balance.

The Makeup Artist retains the prerogative to terminate this contract at any juncture, in which instance, a complete reimbursement of all payments tendered by the Client shall be refunded.

The total amount stated on the invoice is considered final and cannot be modified. Changes or cancellations to the party size or services requested will not impact the total invoice amount, which shall remain fixed and unchangeable regardless of alterations to party size or services.

The client shall retain the right to request additional services at their discretion, with the understanding that such requests may be made at any point in time.

Late / Other Fees:

If the client party arrives late, the first 15 minutes of waiting is considered a grace period. After this grace period, a fee of $30 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay.

In the event that any member of the client party arrives with damp or wet hair necessitating blow-drying services, a fee of $40 shall be assessed for the provision of such services. Additionally, should a client request the clipping or adjustment of extensions, a fee in the amount of $40 will be applied for said services. Furthermore, should a client possess long hair extending past the midpoint of the back, an additional fee of $30 shall be applied.

Responsibilities:

The Client agrees to provide accurate information about their skin condition and any known allergies or sensitivities. The Client will also ensure a clean and suitable workspace for the Makeup Artist and her team.

Image Use:

The Makeup Artist reserves the right to use photographs or images of the Client and their makeup for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and portfolio. If the Client does not wish to be featured, a written request must be submitted.

Liability:

The Makeup Artist will take all necessary precautions and use professional-grade products. However, the Makeup Artist will not be held liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages suffered by the Client or any other party involved.

Should any party member express dissatisfaction with their makeup or hairstyle, they reserve the right to request adjustments until content with the outcome. In the event that a party member refrains from voicing concerns or requests and the makeup artist, along with her team, departs from the premises, no refunds shall be issued for results deemed unsatisfactory.

Governing Law:

This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.

Entire Agreement:

This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Makeup Artist and the Client and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.

By agreeing on the next page, parties acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of this agreement.
