Do you offer trials? Is it included in your price?

Yes we do offer trials for both hair and makeup. Trials are not included in your price but will quote you if you are interested.

Do you recommend doing a trial?

A bride should do a trial for several reasons:

  1. Customization: It allows the bride to see how different makeup and hairstyles look and choose the best fit for her features, dress, and wedding theme.

  2. Avoid Surprises: It ensures there are no unexpected reactions to products or styles, preventing any last-minute disappointments on the wedding day.

  3. Timing: It helps gauge the time needed for the final look, ensuring a smooth schedule on the wedding day.

  4. Comfort and Confidence: It gives the bride confidence that she will look her best and feel comfortable with her appearance.

  5. Feedback and Adjustments: It provides an opportunity for the bride to give feedback and make adjustments to achieve the perfect look.

Overall, a trial run helps ensure a stress-free and enjoyable experience, leading to a beautiful and confident bride on her special day.

In which scenario do you recommend not doing a trial?

While trials are generally recommended, there are a few scenarios where a bride might not need to do a trial:

  1. Simple or Familiar Style: If the bride wants a very simple look or is using a style she has worn frequently and knows well, a trial may not be necessary.

  2. Experienced Stylist: If the bride is working with a highly trusted and experienced stylist whom she has worked with before, she may feel confident enough to skip the trial.

  3. Budget Constraints: In some cases, budget constraints might lead a bride to forego a trial to save on costs.

  4. Time Constraints: Due to scheduling conflicts or a short engagement period, there might not be enough time to fit in a trial.

  5. Minimalistic Approach: If the bride prefers a very natural or minimal look that she can easily achieve herself, she might opt out of a trial.

While these reasons can justify skipping a trial, it is generally advisable to have one to ensure everything goes smoothly on the wedding day

I like to do a trial before officially booking you for my wedding, is that fine?

Yes that is totally up to you. However, please be aware that if you wait to send the deposit until after the trial, your chosen date might be booked by another bride. Our dates are open to everyone until deposits are received. It's entirely your decision.

Do you offer both Traditional and Airbrush makeup?

Yes, we offer both traditional and airbrush makeup services. But we always recommend traditional makeup. We can achieve better looks and more natural results with traditional makeup, particularly when it comes to your pictures and the heat, traditional makeup will look much better and will last longer.

What products do you use and how long will my makeup last?

We have a variety of products in our collection from high end to high street. We’re very careful what products go into our kit, making sure we have the best products out there insuring that your makeup will look flawless and last for hours. We use various products and setting sprays to help you keep your makeup looking fresh and lasting for hours.

Do you charge separately for lashes?

All of our makeup applications include COMPLIMENTARY strip lashes, within the service price. The price does not change if someone does not want us to apply lashes as part of their makeup service.

How long does it take you to complete each service?

We typically dedicate 1-1.5 hours for the bride or main attendant, however, there is no specific timing window for perfecting the bride’s wedding day look. The bride’s services are typically more intricate, detailed, and most times require a broader timing window. For the bridal party and other attendants, as a general guideline, we dedicate 30-45 minutes.
