A Step Closer Checklist to Your Dream Wedding
How do I prepare myself for my trial/wedding day?
Please make sure you come with a fresh, and completely clean, makeup-free face. For hair, please ensure a washed and dry hair. If you have a fizzy hair, have it blow dried before arriving. Extra service fee may apply if you need us to blow dry your hair or any extras.

Arrive On Time
A 15-minute grace period is allotted for late arrivals. Beyond this, a $30 fee will be applied for each subsequent 20-minute delay, applicable to both trial or wedding day. Punctuality is crucial for a seamless, stress-free experience. Please adhere to the schedule, especially during trials, as we have consecutive appointments.
How long does it take you to complete each service?
We typically dedicate 1-1.30 hours for the bride or main attendant, however, there is no specific timing window for perfecting the bride’s wedding day look. The bride’s services are typically more intricate, detailed, and most times require a broader timing window. For the bridal party and other attendants, as a general guideline, we dedicate 30-45 minutes.
